Relax and Revive Medspa Policies including Booking and Cancellation

  • Booking-
  • All booked appointments require a non-refundable $50 deposit which will be applied to the cost of your booked service. Failure to cancel your appointment within expected time frame outlined below, or failure to show up to your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and the dollars will not be applied to future services. Booking subsequent services may require you to pay for the service upfront if you previously have been a "no-show" or late cancelation outside of published policy, and is at the discretion of the management. 
  • Appointment Policy-
  • Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. To avoid delaying the next client, your treatment will end on time and you will be responsible for the full treatment cost. While we will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we feel there is not enough time to give you quality treatment and not keep other clients waiting. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment and a $50 cancellation fee. We encourage you to schedule at least two weeks in advance or upon checkout of a current service to reserve the most convenient time for your schedule.
  • Cancellation Policy- 
  • Please contact Relax and Revive Medspa via phone 540 252 0154 or Facebook Messenger AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date and time to cancel an appointment. Failure to cancel an appointment without a 24 hour notice or failure to show up (No Show) for a scheduled appointment will result in an automatic loss of your $50.00 booking fee. We require a credit card on file (booking fee) to make an appointment.
  • Clients who have prepaid for package deals who are No Shows or have late cancellations for their scheduled appointments will automatically have the cancellation fee deducted from their package balance and must pay the balance in order to continue treatment.
  • By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
  • E-Gift Certificate, Treatment & Package Policy-
  • E-Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities. Payment for all individual treatments is due at the time of treatment. 
  • Relax and Revive Medspa does not offer refunds on services rendered. Aesthetic results vary from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome- it cannot always be guaranteed. Clients are responsible to purchase subsequent treatments to achieve further results.
  • All packages/pre-paid services must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. After 7 calendar days from purchase or after initiation of treatment package, whichever comes first, packages/pre-paids are non-refundable. Any unused portion of a package/pre-paids may be eligible for medspa credit towards other procedures/products/E-Gift certificate within one calendar year from your original purchase.
  • Retail Product Policy-
  • Relax and Revive Medspa does not offer refunds on retail products purchased. Retail products may be returned for in-store credit within 14 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented adverse reaction to the product. Defective retail products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only. If a client is eligible for a refund, Relax and Revive Medspa will issue refund by check. This must be done in person.
  • Service Pricing Policy-
  • Prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, Relax and Revive Medspa will give clients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase.
  • Gratuity Policy-
  • Gratuities are at your discretion, are not expected but are always appreciated by our esthetician. What you choose to give depends on your level of satisfaction and is not a percentage of your treatment cost.
  • Treatment Expiration Policy-
  • ·Service packages and pre-paid treatments must be used within 12 months of the date of purchase or they will expire. 
  • Behavior Policy-
  • At no time will disrespectful behavior or speech be tolerated.  Managment reserves the right to refuse service to any client who is verbally abusive, or found to be dishonest. Physical violence will result in notification of law enforcement. 
  • Personal Belongings Policy-
  • Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the Relax and Revive Medspa client/guest and should be kept in your/their possession at all times. Relax and Revive Medspa is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
  • Practice/Patient Relationship Policy-
  • Relax and Revive Medspa reserves the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason if requested treatment is contraindicated or client does not adhere to Relax and Revive Medspa Policies.
